Found a beautiful and relaxing property to stay for a business trip. the gardens were peaceful and the pool was relaxing after a long day. the room was spacious and inviting. the innkeepers were gracious and gave recommendations for local attractions and dining. the distance from the antique stores and Dayton was perfect and didn't take too long to get to either. the decor of the entire house was vintage and chic.
The pond was too small to do any water activities, and the golf course only had two flags. these amenities were not a deal-breaker since there were still plenty of other activities to do on the property and nearby.

Despite the negative experience, the location of the bed and breakfast was nice for a quiet getaway. The surrounding area had a water garden with koi fish and hiking trails, which provided a pleasant atmosphere. the room itself was comfortable and spacious, and the entire house was well-kept and clean. However, these positive aspects were overshadowed by the poor treatment from the owners and the discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual offerings of the property.
Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the advertised "golf course" was nothing more than two tiny flags in a small yard. The kayaking and paddle boating activities were also a letdown, as the pond was too small to fully enjoy them.
